Market Canvas ("the App") is a display-only markets heatmap. We designed it to work without collecting your personal information. The App has no user accounts, no sign-in, and no trading functionality.
We do not collect, store, or share personal information. The App does not ask for your name, email, contacts, location, or any account credentials.
To display market data, the App requests information from our own backend service (a Cloudflare Worker). The backend returns public market data (24-hour percentage changes for a fixed set of Hyperliquid perpetual markets). These requests do not include any personal data about you.
If you use the Photo theme, the picture you choose is resized and saved only inside the App's own storage on your device so the widget can display it. It is never uploaded or shared. The App receives only the single photo you pick through the system photo picker; it does not have access to the rest of your photo library.
The App does not include third-party advertising, and does not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not track you across apps or websites.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Standard Apple platform diagnostics may apply as described in Apple's own privacy documentation; these are controlled by Apple and your device settings, not by us.
The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from children.
All values shown are reference prices from Hyperliquid perpetual (derivative) markets. They are not official index, stock, or exchange prices, are not affiliated with any company, index provider, or exchange, and are not investment advice.
We may update this policy; changes take effect when posted here, with an updated effective date.

本アプリは子ども向けではなく、子どもから故意に情報を収集しません。
表示される値はすべて Hyperliquid のパーペチュアル（デリバティブ）市場の参考価格です。公式の指数・株式・取引所価格ではなく、いかなる企業・指数提供者・取引所とも無関係で、投資助言ではありません。
